1 (only 1) would have a university education
1 person in this village would have a computer
In looking at our world so reduces we see the need to be accepting, understanding and the need for more education.
If you woke up this morning with health you are better off than the millions that will die this week
If you have never experienced the dangers of war, the loneliness of prison, the agony of torture, or the affliction of hunger you are better off than 500 million people.
If you can go to church freely, without threat of being humiliated, put in prison, torture or death then you are more fortunate then 3 billion people.
If you have food in your refrigerator, clothes in your closet, a roof over your head and a place to sleep then you are richer than 75% of the people in this world.
If you have money saved in the bank, in your wallet and even just a few coins in a safe deposit box you are in 8% of the world’s richest people.
If your parents are still alive and together you are one of the very rare.
If you could just read this then you are blessed. There are 2 billion people that cannot read.
