So sorry it has been so long since I posted. We are now in the South Carolina and have been here for just over a month. Our day to day has been seeing family, getting Randall established in his job, getting a car, fixing addresses and accounts and getting settled into a new home and new life.
Our time here has been a blessing in so many ways and it confirms even more God´s plan for us. Within a week of moving here Randall got a job working with a frind of mine for a constuction company. It is a physical job which he is not used to but it is paying our bills and he is learning lots of good skills as well. He goes in at 7 am and usually gets off between 6 or 7 pm. So far he has been laying wood floors, tile and put in stone work like walks and walls.
We have been asisting a Hispanic church on Sunday nights and are looking to get more involved with that. I may be teaching the chilrens class. Randall would like to start a home Bible study with another man from church and we will be meeting soon with the pastor to discuss possibilities.
I will begin to teach an English class on Tuesday nights and Randall will be attending as well. Right now there are 4 guys. It will be fun to teach and for Randall to learn and have more interaction. He is doing good conversing with my family in bits of English and Spanish though all wish they could communicate more.
Josiah is adjusting good to the live here and is developing relationships with his Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He is finding special things to do with each of them. He feeds the fish with grandpa, walks the goats and cares for them with his uncle and aunts and plays with his cousins and is always giving them hugs.
In between all of the paperwork, house cleaning, taking Randall to work (for the 2 weeks before we got the car) and spening time with my family I am staying busy. I am also enoying lots more one on one time with Josiah and have been working lots on nap/bedtime and obediance and doing fun things with him like teaching him numbers, songs and shapes.
My family is so glad to have us here for a season and love seeing Josiah and playing with him. Josiah still ask about things in Costa Rica like his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and dog. It is good that he remembers them. I pray for him for them each night. Modern tecnology is so amazing in that we have been video chatting with Randall´s famiy nearly every week and they are able to see Josiah and he them and that helps keep the relationship going.
Josiah is doing good with English and is learning so much more. He also still uses Spanish a lot though. My family is often not sure wether he is speaking Spanish or baby talk though it is usually baby talk. He is at the stage of repeating so during the English class he is sittng there playing and repeting along with us.

Hey Rachel,
I am friends with Sarah.
Are you going to the Nazarene Church?
My friend Gaby is the pastor's wife there! She is phenomenal.
Hope SC is agreeing with you!
Blessings,
Heather
