A very yummy side dish!
Slice zucchini and place in a 8x8 casserole dish.
Cover with tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, etc.*
Grate mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 min or until the zucchini is tender.
*I use tomato sauce and fix it up a little with sauteed onion and garlic and some Italian seasoning.
